Maintenance cleaning: Regular and reliable

We will thoroughly clean your office building, your house or your apartment. We can work on a daily, bi-weekly, weekly or monthly schedule. Our standard cleaning guidelines include:

1. All carpeted floors will be vacuumed. Floors not carpeted will be swept and washed on hands and knees unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

2. All furniture, pictures frames, knickknacks, and windowsills will be dusted.

3. Ceiling corners, mop boards, trim above doors and windows, light fixtures, and

window blinds will be dusted on a regular bases.

4. All mirrors, TV screens, computer screens and glass tabletops will be cleaned with glass cleaner.

5. All area rugs will be shook or vacuumed if too heavy for shaking.

Kitchens:

1. All counter tops, canisters, counter top appliances, as well as outside of major

appliances will be washed with a disinfectant.

2. Microwaves will be washed inside also.

3. Sinks will be scoured and rinsed.

4. Cupboard fronts will be washed occasionally, with obvious spots each visit. Tops of doors and drawers will be checked for dust.

Baths:

1. All tubs and sinks will be scoured. Shower walls will be cleaned with a soap and

mineral deposit cleaner

2.. Toilets will be cleaned inside and out. All surfaces will be washed with a disinfectant.

NOTE: Pros will provide all cleaning products including the rags, however for sanitary reasons, we do not carry vacuums, brooms or dustpans from home to home.  We ask that the client provide these items along with an extra vacuum bag and belt.
